蛋黄 1 egg yolk
蛋 2顆 2 eggs
糖 45克 Sugar 45g
牛奶 225 毫升 Milk 225ml
雲里拿香油 1/2茶匙 Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoons
焦糖液 Caramel:
水 1湯匙 Water 1 tablespoon
糖 50克 Sugar 50g
熱水 15毫升 Hot Water 15ml
